Your PTO is your time, use it however you wish, and when it’s for something that can’t be planned, your partners understand and step up to the plate to cover as needed. What goes around, comes around…everyone gets their turn to give and receive.

No Deer Season Drama
Dr. Wilson enjoys hunting and fishing so he often requests more of his PTO to be used during hunting season. His partners understand his passions and work collaboratively to accommodate his requests as he does with theirs.
Mission Trip to Guatemala
Dr. Wilson and his wife went on a mission trip to Guatemala several years ago. MAVI regularly makes donations of equipment and/or supplies to underserved areas.
